Ctf Bow Cooldown

It kind of depends on how long the cooldown would be... I feel like, after a certain point, it would just be more annoying than helpful The problem of bowspamming at close range isn't nearly as great as the need you often have in a game to shoot someone quickly (i.e. when they're making off with your team's flag).

Maybe instead of adding a universal cooldown to the bows, you could (if possible) have the player's bow be temporarily disabled if they shoot more than a few arrows within a certain number of seconds?

Maybe instead of a power bow it can just be a regular bow? it might not do much but still.
