I do not understand the reason why it is necessary to lock a post,
being the always people arriving at the server and they can come to check the map and maybe leave a new opinion to help.
i dunno if this sound weird, but I wish they could unlock my post's about maps so people can continue commenting on their opinion and leaving something to do.

Please make it so posts about server ideas and map selections have a longer period of answering them, maybe up to 2 weeks so if people want to leave feedback they have a longer time in doing so, especially since these are ideas and not just help questions. And also, wouldn't it be easier to just lock the post immediately after 7 days to prevent bumping instead of waiting for someone to actually bump it and THEN lock it after is it bumped. This also prevents people from getting warning points and having to check if any forums posts would be bumps or not.

Recently, i have seen more and more staff members in minigames such as skywars having fun while casually patrolling for hackers. While this is a big improvement from how it was, say a year ago, there are still a lot of hackers (both blatant and lowkey) wandering around in minigames. My request is to find a way to encourage more staff to play minigames and search for these hackers. This could be achieved multiple ways so if something is to be done, i leave how its done up to you.

Also, maybe ease up on rules such as mute a little bit. Instead of muting someone as soon as they say something mutable or say something in a way that would normally end in them getting muted, maybe first give them a warning of some sort. I havent seen this issue that often so you can probably ignore this point but i would like to bring some attention to it.

I expect all moderators to be trained (somewhat) in how to screenshare. I expect all moderators to be experienced and understanding of all forms of cheating. There have been many times where somebody has blatantly hacked on me, but self destructed and passed a screenshare. There have been times where I have been 5 blocked and had an unsure moderator just sit there and watch. There have been times where I was being hacked on and asked a helper friend to ask for a mod, but they were too busy in their minigame to come and help.

Really though, I believe all moderators should be well versed and knowledgable of pvp mechanics, and should be able to distinguish a blatant hacker from a good player. There are plenty of easily comprehendible screenshare tutorials, and there are plenty of staff series videos people can watch to learn more. At the moment the MCC staff team is plagued with too many moderators who would simply be better off as helper. The whole point of being a moderator is to always be there to stop people from hacking, whether you are in the middle of a cake wars lobby or not.

I do not mean to be rude, and I do not mean to bash anyone in particular, this is only my opinion. There are simply some staff unprepared for a moderator role, and should spend a little more time as helper learning what it takes.

i dont play anymore so im not gonna say anything about the current state of staff since i honestly dont know how it is now (just gonna assume it was the same as when i resigned) but if you want to make mcc a better place, id say the staff team is not where you should start. obviously staff should be doing their best to improve the community but the actual server itself needs a lot of work if you want mcc to stay alive. the player count has been declining for the past few years and if theres no real incentives being added to bring in new players and keep players active then i unfortunately dont see the server lasting another year or two at maximum. i know youre just a mod and you cant do anything about this and i know this isnt really the response youre looking for but i just want to put this out there
